I have used this recipe over and over. I have substituted the shrimp with chopped lobster and had raves. Goes good with keebler club crackers

I have enjoyed making this receipe for friends and family. It was FANTASTIC!!! Way to go Marcela!! The cilantro and lime really gives it that authentic taste so popular throughout most Latin American countries. I have made it several times!! I highly recommend it!!!

I love eating shrimp cocktail with lime and clamato at my favorite Mexican restaurant, but it's pricey! I was so excited to see that Maricela made a recipe that's easy to make, and really tasty. Awesome.

Oh My Gosh... this was incredibly delicious!!! I purchased raw shrimp and had to clean it & cook it. I followed the instructions for cooking the scallops. I will purchase cooked shrimp next time though - way easier! We had family and friends over for dinner and I served this as an appetizer, I will definitely make this again. A BIG HIT!!! Thank you!!!!!! :

Delicious! It tastes even better than my favorite shrimp cocktail at Isaac's Mariscos in Imperial Beach. I did not have scallops, so i just used more shrimp. It was light, just right spicy, so yummy!

Great recipe. You could taste each and every ingredient in the Coctel. We had leftovers for the next night and it was as good if not better marinating overnight. Will definitely make again soon.

This was great. I had a guest that was allergic to shrimp so I just doubled the scallops. Big hit!!!

I never knew that ketchup was the secret ingredient to the fabulous seafood cocktails I enjoy in Mexico! I added 1 chopped avocado because its always in ones I get in Mexico, I love avocado, and I the hot sauce I used was VERY hot so I thought I'd need an extra cooling ingredient. Adding that and the seafood that was available at my grocery store (approx. 12 oz of shrimp, no scallops, I needed to double the liquids to make the shrimp to liquid ratio work out properly. My tinkering didn't mess this up at all, it was still fabulous!!

My husband was whining before I got started with the recipe ... he doesn't like 'cold' food, doesn't like ceviche, doesn't like cilantro. Well, after the first bite, he was hooked! It is very delicious and refreshing. Definate do-over!
