I made a mad dash to the store and purchase the ancho spice after watching the sweet lady making these drumettes and they turned out GREAT! I will watch her show every Saturday morning. All her recipes made my mouth water. I will cook these drumettes for Super Bowl Party. Thanks Marcela and Food Network! YUM!

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS RECIPE IS ONE OF THE MOST SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS RECIPES I EVER TASTED. I LOVE MARCELA'S APPROACH TO MEXICAN FOOD.

I loved this recipe, the chipotle and honey were a perfect match...the timing was perfect for the super bowl!
Finally someone who knows how to cook real mexican (and healthy food...
Food Network, can you please move her to weekdays?!

Marcela, can you show how to cook chiles reyenos, this is my mom's favorite dish but I need your help making this mexican dish.

We rarely end up trying recipes we've seen on tv; but, my family has already tried two from Mexican Made Easy! The Mexican coffee was INCREDIBLE! And tonight we have her drumettes in the oven. So EXCITED to have a great Mexican show with truly usable family recipes!! Thank you Food Network. =

I agree with null, Marcellas recipes are delicious and should be aired during prime time hours" True, recipes are very easy to make. An authentic representation of Mexico's distinct variety of regional flavors. Mas please.

Simple to make and an incredibly tasty combination of flavors. Lots of butter, though, so keep this for special occasions if you're watching your calories. But it's a great recipe and I'm quickly becoming a fan of Marcela :

These were a hit and fast to make. I used the chipotle powder and served them with the guacamole, chips and shrimp. I will make all of these recipes again. I have noticed after making these recipes that you don't always need a lot of ingredients if you know which flavors work together.

I watched your show on Saturday morning and though, "I can do this." I made the drumettes and they were a hit!! Everyone loved them. I'm excited to see what else Marcela has to bring to the show. Marcela is a fresh new face for Food Network.

I love mixing sweet with spicy so I really enjoyed the flavors. And my family loved it too. I'm enjoying the recipes, flavors and the energy of Marcela. Good show.
