I made this recipe last week. It was so delicious. Very creamy. The sour cream definately helped to make it perfect. So simple anyone can make it. I made it with the small graham cracker pies from the store. Next time I will make it with the mexican cookies. I make many cheesecake type recipes. So far this is by far my favorite.

This dessert was one of the easiest dessert I made. So when you can get a recipe that is very easy and tastes great anyone would want to share it with others. When I made my strawberry tartlet, I used Pillsbury crescent roll dough for the crust and this made it even easier. Anyone who loves strawberries and cream cheese should try this, even if they cannot bake.

I made this recipe for valentines day but instead of making the homemade crusts,I just bough the pre-packaged graham cracker individual crusts from the store and they were delicious and easy!! It was sweet, creamy and so yummy!! I will be making this dessert again soon!

This recipe is so much better than its parts! I used the Maria Crackers for the crust and I'll be using them for other recipes that call for a grahm cracker crust. The filling kind of just fills up your mouth with fluffiness! I used a 8 inch tart pan and a couple of small mini tarts. I needed to cook the 8 inch tart a bit longer. When you first pull the crust out, it may be a bit soft but sets up after sitting. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!

I made these for Sunday Super Bowl and my whole family were left wanting more. My sister asked to help her make the tartlets for Valentines day so now I'm booked for the day! Great recipe!

I mad these for the Super Bowl game and they were a big hit. Soooooooooooo delicious. I used the graham crackers and put them in my food processor. I also used strained frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones and it tasted fabulous. Will definitely make these again. Great one Marcela

These were so simple and delicious!! I bought premade graham cracker crusts (small size and they worked perfectly. I had quite a bit left over which you could use as a graham cracker spread.....I also think this would be good as a frozen dessert!

I'm going to post a review even though I used amaretti cookies instead of the mexican ones called for in the recipe. I omitted the sugar in the crust because the cookies were sweet enough. I made these in an individual cheesecake pan and they are amazing!!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

These were delicious, and I will make them again. I also made a batch without the sugar in the crust, and those were good too.
