This is really a great tasting, easy recipe for Ceasar Salad. Better than many more complex recipes. You are more likely to have these ingredients on hand as compared to other recipes (unless you always keep a tube of anchovy paste on hand

We love Caesar salads and eat them every time we eat out. We saw this recipe and had to try it! It is fast and easy to make. The best tasting Caesar dressing I've had. We have all the ingredients on hand so it is easy to mix up on a whim for dinner.

I thought overall it was very good. I did add 2 things that "kicked it up a notch" - I added a teaspon of Dijon mustard, and some lemon juice (to your liking. I thought it was rather odd not to have any lemon juice or garlic. But I served it for my finicky Dad who is a "foodie" and he loved it.
I added avocado and tomato on top as well.

Very tasty and so simple; this recipe will be used often in my home. Had no idea Caesar Salad originated in Tijuana!
