    I was skeptical that this would be good, but everyone gave such high reviews that I gave it a try. Absolutely delicious! The fish plain just tasted like lime, but when everything was assembled, I mashed the avocado and smeared the tostada with it and light mayo. I didn't have the clam/tomato juice, so just used clam juice. It was so good. The creamy avocado and mayo and the crispness of the onion, cucumber and shell were so good against the lime of the fish. Follow directions and you are all set! Sooooo good. Will definitely be making again. I want to invite friends over so they can taste it too.

    Perfect proportions and incredibly delicious! Improved overnight (I thought, with extra salt. Really good with crackers. Not expensive to make, and an excellent option for those of us who are dieting.

    A very good ceviche recipe. Tilapia is a great choice for ceviche - mild, but flavorful. I made 2 modifications: after tasting the Clamato I decided it would detract from the flavor of the other ingredients, so I did not use. And, instead of mayo as a the spread, I mashed a ripe avocado with sour cream and a tablespoon of mayo. The resulting spread was very rich, had more flavor than just plain mayo and really enhanced the overall taste of the dish.

    Mmmmm. We did leave the tilapia in the lime juice closer to an hour (just because my husband wasn't ready for dinner yet, and it was very tasty. I think we will use the leftovers in scrambled eggs in the morning!

    Fabulous! I made this tonight for dinner (100 degree weather and it was tasty and refreshing with wonderful textures. The tilapia was very much like fresh sushi, the cucumber and tostada had a great crunch. I will make this again and again.

    My husband and I love ceviche, and this is some of the best we have had. I did use halibut instead of tilapia, because that is what I had already.

    I just saw you on the Food Network this morning! I have NEVER eaten Cerviche of any kind before! I went out and just some limes and serrano chili's I had everything else! Dear God this is one of the best new recipe's I've made in a long time! I love how easy it was to make! My daughter Loved it. Thank you for sharing your amazing recipes with me! I will definatly be watching you when you are on!

    I think this recipe tastes awesome and is pretty simple. You could easily put the ceviche on tortilla chips for hors d'oeuvres-sized servings. I confess I was a little weireded out by the Clamato at first ... but I ended up drinking half of it while I was preparing the other ingredients ...
