Wonderful flavors! I didn't have enough tilapia, so used some "ready to eat" shrimp - still really good! Hid the leftovers from my husband and took them for lunch with some romaine lettuce leaves...heaven!

Great and EASY combinations of "good for you" ingredients and I love the CRUNCH of the Tostada with the cold raw veggies. I've made it many times since the episode broadcasted! An easy go-to dinner. She introduced me to the world of Tostadas - don't be afraid to try different toppings.

very good and easy to make! i ended up using lemon instead of lime and parsley instead of cilantro. the only optional ingredient i used was some hot sauce. also, instead of corn tortillas i used wraps. this dish would be great to serve at a party.

Love this recipe! Definitely would recommend using all the "optional" ingredients, they make the dish authentic.

Awesome recipe ~ easiest ceviche recipe that I have made w/ the best flavor! I have made it 4 times and now use 1/2 the called for tilapia and 1/2 shrimp to get a different texture for the seafood...turned out great!

This is excellent! What I had leftover I found myself eating it out of the bowl minus chips or sauce. I'll definitely make it again.

I had never had Ceviche until my niece's husband made it for our Labor Day picnic. I fell in love with it and have since made this recipe twice. It's wonderful. Thanks, Marcela, for another wonderful recipe. Love your show. You're teaching me how to cook Mexican food, which I love.

Have tried several ceviche recipes. This one is by far the best. Tilapia is a great fish for ceviche - mild in taste and it absorbs the flavors perfectly. Try it!

We've made this twice now and it's delicious and easy. We haven't used the chile in the recipe or the cucumber and it's still great. We also had to use Bloody Mary mix in place of the Clamato...STILL good.

We also fried our corn tortillas. Not as healthy but good.
