The best recipe ever for Cerviche. So fresh and delicious! The tilapia is perfect for this dish. I normally use small scallops. However, talapia is much more economical and as good as or better. Thanks Marcella. Love your show.

This one is added to my permanent files. So fresh and so easy to make. Creamy mayo, crunchy tostada, and citrusy ceviche is a delicious combo. Highly recommended. Thanks, Marcela!

I must say, I am a huge fan of ceviche. I made this for dinner last night and my family loved! it. I've tried several recipes for ceviche and this one was spot on. light clean flavors piled high on a tostada. thanks.

I fried up some tortillas in Canola oil then spread on the mayo and piled high the Ceviche. It was awesome! My husband even ate it! Give it a try...tastes just like salsa!

This was inexpensive, healthy, and delicious. I let the fish sit in the lime juice for about 45 minutes and honestly, I was very skeptical about how it would taste. It was AMAZING. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of the length of time I left the fish in the lime sauce. Thank you for this recipe!

for Gail in Fullerton: cooking in citrus juice is a very old method of cooking proteins, the people of peru ( who invented ceviche have been doing it for hundreds of years.....so rest asure, you can marinate the fish overnight and it will be delicious. for more flavor add the onions . next day drain it and add the fresh veggies .........very tasty

We made this for dinner last night. It was quick and very tasty. The only changes we made were that we used crema instead of mayo and we used a jalapeno instead of serrano. No need to heat up the kitchen to cook. Love it!
