If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would. Delisioso!!!!! I followed the recipe to the T, super easy to make, made this 4 times and came out perfect each time, family and friends love this cake I get requests to make it each time we get together. Must try, enjoy!

I made this cake for a party and it was gone within minutes. People raved about it and have been talking about how good it was for weeks. This is an absolute keeper. I didn't change the recipe at all, but it definitely needs to be cooked longer than 30 minutes. I baked it for at least 45 minutes. I also poured the milk mixture in small increments, letting it absorb before pouring more on. It worked like a charm. Can't wait to make it again.

This was AMAZING. Of course, I revised it slightly. Wasn't up for orange liquor, so put a dash of coconut extract in milk during batter combination stage. Had plans to toast coconut for garnish, which would have added nice texture and colour - but I ran out of time. I also did NOT sweeten the whipped cream, which was perfect as the cake's sweetness needed this balance. I'll definitely make it again - and perhaps double it - there are no leftovers!

Pretty delicious! I was close to putting 5 stars, but I wish the condensed milk mixture soaked through more in between the cake. A lot of it ended up in the bottom. Overall great! I didn't include orange liqueur, due to the fact that kids were also eating the cake. It still ended up tasty!

AMAZING!! A local restuarant sells tres leches cake and my husband and I eat there pretty often. As a surprise I decided to make it myself using this recipe. My husband LOVED it! So much so it was gone in 2 days (it's only me and him in our house. He asked me to make it again as soon as the first cake was gone. I followed the recipe exactly, except for instead of the orange liquer I used orange flavoring, and I only added 2-3 TEASPOONS as orange flavoing is pretty strong. I also drizzled it with chocolate sauce..DELISH!!!! Gave a few slices to some friends of mine and they begged me for the recipe!

Wonderful cake. I made it for Easter and none was left. I substituted almond flavoring for the Grand Marnier since there would be kids eating the cake. Great recipe.

Made this for Mother's Day and not a bite was left on the plate! This is my second time making this amazing cake and it didn't disappoint. This is definitely a family favorite for sure!

This was a hit! I was worried grand marnier wouldn't go over with the kids, so added 1 tsp vanilla to batter and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla to the soaking milks and skipped the alcohol. I also skipped the cinnamon and put a little confetti of chopped strawberries on top. It needed to cook almost 40 minutes - putting on convection in the last 5 minutes finally got it to finish in the middle. Also - used a 10" scalloped pan with a removable bottom - looked really pretty and was easy to get out.

I made this for an office Cinco de Mayo potluck - cut out the center (which had become a rather noticeable "dip" anyway and filled it with fresh strawberries. Then, I decorated the top with sliced kiwi, strawberries and a few marischino cherries (got the idea from another website. This cake competed with an angel food cake with fresh strawberries and Cool Whip. It was not a fair fight! Unless you are planning to prepare this as a sheet cake and leave it in the pan, you will need to do some planning before transporting this cake, because it does drip a bit. But it was worth the trouble. Thanks Marcela!
