This was the first time i made juice. I hate drinking pulp and had a hard time to strain it. But then i had a briliant idae and it totally worked for pulp free juice and it wasnt hard at all. You just take a clean paper towel and lay it in a strainer. Then you poor the juice in it and move the strainer around to help it drain. Once a paper towel looks like it is going to break you stop pouring your juice and squeeze the paper towel to get excess juice out. Be carefull though becuase the paper towel can break. If this hapens put a new one in the strainer and carefully squeex the other paper towel over it. Throw that one away and continue the process until your juice has been tottaly strained.

Loved this! We made a double batch and it still wasn't enough. It's so easy. I can't wait to try it with other fruits! TY

Only 4 stars because it is time intensive. It is VERY good but a lot of work to strain the pulp.

This recipe is hard to screw up. And I don't think it was fair that one reviewer gave it 3 stars just because it wasn't cold. The recipe did say to pour it over ice. Nonetheless, I loved it. It was simple to make, healthy and very refreshing. My only complaint was that it wasn't enough! I will make double batch next time. This is a keeper!

¡Bravo Marcela! This is a culinary treasure passed down generation to generation, starting with the Aztec and/or Maya civilizations. It is so simple and unbelievably healthy and delicious. I grew up drinking stuff like this in Guatemala. The Maya people would come into the city on Thursdays and block off a street and set up a market. They sold the freshest fruits and vegetables. All organic from the mountains of Guatemala, which is similar to Mexico. ¡Gracias!

Well, no biggy to me. Maybe because it's not cold enough. I'll taste again tomorrow. I'm more concerned with what I can do with the strained part. Seems like it could be used in something.
