Loved it!!! Awesome!!! I didn't do the capers or green olives but after reading a couple reviews I wish I'd at least used the olives. My husband doesn't like tomato-y dishes but he loved this one...Success!!!!

The sauce was just excellent...but you couldn't taste the fish at all. I don't really like fish so this wasn't too big a deal for me. My husband wished I went a little easier on the sauce or tried it with a more flavorful fish (I used tilapia. Still new at working with fish so I may try it again, but will probably use less of the sauce and maybe try a little 'heftier' fillet. Generally though, this went over well with the eaters!

This was the most delicious Tilapia or fish ever. My daughter-in-law does not like fish and she loved this. Thank you

This is fabulous! Even my seven year old ate it! I used Cod instead of Tilapia and it worked beautifully. I used a nonstick pan to cook the fish and did not have a problem.

This came out really good. My husband really enjoyed it and thinks it should be put into the rotation.

Went to visit my parents and cooked them dinner. They loved this dish! I couldn't find Anaheim or California chiles in my Mexican market, so i used poblano peppers instead. The sauce was delicious. I left it cooking about 20 minutes so the peppers would soften. I'm not a fan of capers, so i left those out. I did use the olives, they were a nice salty surprise. Served it with white rice and a side salad. Mama is telling everyone how good it was and wants me to come over and make it again. Gracias Marcela! Por fin voy hacer platos Mexicanos que le trigan orgullo a mi madre! jeje.

Thank you Marcela : This dish looked fabulous on TV and tasted even better. After reading the reviews I used a jalapeno with the seeds removed for a little heat. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
