    It is one of my family's favorite dishes. I have used all different cuts of beef with sucess. When we have it, we also put a cilantro paste I make in the tortillas. It is super easy to make and everyone I have made it for, raves about it. Great as leftovers too.

    Flavorful, different, fun. Make a tomatillo salsa to go with, adds a delightful sweetness! I used a piece of chuck in lieu of skirt. The key is cooking the meat long enough and reducing the remaining juices so the meat is not swimming.
    I like this chef, she keeps the recipes simple and tasty.

    I really like this recipe it gives me something else to make with skirt steak than just putting it on the grill. Great flavors!!! I do it at least once a month...worth the effort.
