    I made this without the scallops, but it was still good, Next time I will try it with the the scallops. Everyone I served this to LOVED the salsa, it was a explosion of flavour in your mouth!

    Made this recipe for my family today and it was great. Didn't have scallops so only used shrimp. And made the shrimp our main course. The whole family loved it especially the salsa. Had to double the salsa recipe to have enough for dinner. I will make this again. As there were no leftovers.

    I have not tried this one yet but be assured I WILL! It looks gorgeous and with the ingredients listed I can only imagine how delicious it will taste! Dave was quite fun to watch too! I hope we get to enjoy his talents again!

    It looked good, the chef was very entertaining, he had it all planned out, the clock was so close, but I really want to try this recipe.

    Have not tried the recipe yet, but wanted to let the judges know that it is
    because of the fantastic party presentation that made me want to try this
    recipe. It was different and fun. Not just some shrimp and scallops on a plate.
    Will come back to review the recipe itself, later.
