I used a sirloin and marinated it for 25 minutes in 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. My husband complained that he could only taste vinegar--no pepper or garlic. He asked me next time to just use herbs. He didn't want to touch the sauce--why put vinegar on something that already tastes of nothing but vinegar? This one is definitely NOT a keeper!

I maritated rib eye steaks for twenty minutes (10 minutes each side and put them on the bbq. While they were cooking, I made the incredible sauce. It was unbelievable and I am making it again for the 4th of July!!

Thank you for an easy and fantastic recipe Cathy!
