Marinated Olives

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound Kalamata olives
Directions
  • In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour marinade over olives. Marinate in refrigerator until ready to eat.
