very quick, very easy and very good!
I didn't have lime and onions on hand so I used a lemon and a shallot.

    It was very good.
So easy and delicious especially if you love citrus. Really healthy as well.
    Overpowers the fish
    Awesome and so easy!!!
This marinadenot only added wonderful flavor to my favorite fish, it was quick and easy to prepare--always a plus in my book.
I didn't have much time and need a great dinner fast. I found the right recipe. I was perfect.
Tried this recipie on a whim, and loved it. It has become one of my "staple" swordfish recipies. It is quick and simple, tastes wonderful, and impresses my guests!

I often let it marinate a longer than the recipie suggests (up to an hour), and sometimes substitute shallots for the garlic for a softer flavor.
light, very tastful, I let it marinated for about 45 min. I like fish firm so 5 min on each side. It's a keeper. I will put this on my regular to cook list.
