    Tried this recipie on a whim, and loved it. It has become one of my "staple" swordfish recipies. It is quick and simple, tastes wonderful, and impresses my guests!

    I often let it marinate a longer than the recipie suggests (up to an hour, and sometimes substitute shallots for the garlic for a softer flavor.

    light, very tastful, I let it marinated for about 45 min. I like fish firm so 5 min on each side. It's a keeper. I will put this on my regular to cook list.
