This is a beautiful dessert in every way. It's not too difficult to make. A little time consuming, but really not bad. What I love about it is its ultra creamy texture and that it's not too sweet. In fact, the Anisette, which is recommended to accompany it, is far sweeter than the dessert. Rich and lovely. I think desserts should be beautiful, but equally delicious. This one is. I'll make it again many times.
