    I have made this several times with no substitutions with excellent results. Its a nice side to chicken or pork. Certainly make fresh pesto, but use the food processor. The nice thing about this recipe, unlike most pasta recipies, this can be made a little ahead of time so you can spend time at the grill with your friends.
