Boy that Mario is a cheery guy! I hope he is really like that in real life. He seems so jolly and i guess this recipe is one of the reasons he is so happy and carefree. I love this drink! Ever since I retired from the plant (molded plastic injection fabrications not a living plant I enjoy this drink on Tuesday and Friday mornings as I'm watching Regis and Kelly. I'm so sad that he is retiring but after a few sips of this marvelous libation i sit back and pretend that Regis isn't retiring at all in fact he is going to add another hour to his show. But then i wake up and realize he is and that's ok!

We made this for our Christmas morning breakfast and it was GREAT! Everyone enjoyed that it was already spicy enough without adding any other sauces!
