Alright Chef, I don't understand your recipe. I have followed it to the letter but I am still having problems. The dough does not seem to have enough liquid to make a harmonious dough ball after kneading. So I had to add some to make it work. Also, I am not getting a good rise from it either. I have made it now I think for the third time and now I have gotten the best results thus far. It's cooling as I write but I am still not a big fan.

With adjusting the water to 1cup, this recipe made me perfect bread. Was very easy to make too.

Very easy+quick dough recipe, though I suggest adding 3/4 cups of water to the recipe.

I love the ease of this. My 12 year old can make it and loves to add things to it. He really likes the cinnamon roles we made with it.

I have been a professional Baker for over 11 years, The measurements in this recipe are a bit off. Reduce the amount of flour by 1 cup, and increase the amount of water to 1 full cup, I also cut the olive oil in half, and substituted vegi oil for the remainder.

What can I say... Mario is a pisano... Ya know bread is alive and depending on were you make it humidity will play high or low. So, water is the variable you adjust to make the best bread you can. Oh, and nasty words don't work either.
