    Just like my Momma used to make, BUT...no toasted almonds, I use two tea spoons of Almond Extract, then sprinkle semi sweet chocolate chips, cinnamon while warm, top with toasted pecans and maraschino cherries. Or fill pudding in Canolli instead of ricotta. This is a holiday favorite in our family.

    I thought that it was not good. It was very thick and almost tasteless. I made it for company and decided to serve ice cream instead.
