Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread such as ciabatta, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, brands such as Catello di Ama or Capezzana or Da Vero
  • Sea salt

Directions

Toast the bread until golden; rub each slice of toast with the garlic immediately upon removing it from the oven. Drizzle each slice with the extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.

    We have made the white bean bruschetta over and over and over again and peple still beg for it. When ever we bring it to a party or potluck, people are so happy.

    About the only change we have made to it is to cut the amount of olive oil in half.
