    I served these at a wine club gathering. They were a hit. Very easy to prepare and delicious. Went great with Montepulciano

    I have made this several times and it always comes out great! I have served it at dinner parties & just for my wife & I. It is very easy to make & can be a light summertime dinner for two.

    Sorry Mario - this is the first recipe of yours that I have tried and it was really disappointing - the dish looked great but that was about all it had going for it.
