I'm not normally a fan of sardines. However, I found a couple of cans in my pantry and needed something to do with them. This recipe was quite tastey. I'd recommend it.

I am a big fan of sardines.. I am currently leaving in Germany and all the ingredients listed are very easy to find. Some of the grocery stores here sell gourmet canned sardines in olive oil. Can not wait to try this recipe!

A unique and tasty alternative to traditional fish cakes like salmon. Serve immediately, while hot, in order to avoid the flagrant fish taste of cold sardines. The lemon adds the right citrus zing and the bite size servings provide for menu versatility.
