i too had trouble with this dough. I added an egg and they were good?because i love almonds i will try again

I made these cookies because of the 5 star rating and they did not turn out well. First the dough never came together (and I measured everything exactly and used freshly bought ingredients. I had to press it together to hold. I baked them for the time stated. The cookies themselves (without the chocolateturned out hard, crunchy (from the granulated sugar, and pretty much tasteless.

This recipe is not as hard as some people may think. One of the best cookie recipes to date Mario. Keep it up.
