i made this biscotti but after baking i noticed the scent from the tablespoon of almond extract was extremely strong. i would use a teaspoon of almond extract next time & also put it back in the oven after slicing the wedges of biscotti. Otherwise this is a good recipe & the end result is quite delicious!

I tried to make these before Christmas and they turned out hard as a rock.

I just tried this recipe yesterday to make holiday gifts. They turned out so good, I made a second batch. I used almonds, and added a teaspoon of vanilla.

I thought this was easy, and the result was just what I wanted....brought me back to my childhood with an authentic Italian taste.

When I made these they came out chewy in the middle. I think they would be crisper like a regular biscotti if I cooked them 30 plus minutes after slicing. Otherwise, very good.

This was great....I adjusted the ingredients slightly (used more choco-chips and used splenda instead of sugar....you couldn't tell the difference. My son loves them!
