Was this recipe really tested? 6 1/2 eggs and 5 1/2 cups flour! Came out hard and inedible. Checked and rechecked directions. Come on Mario!

Tried to make this foccacia, it was more like pasta dough. Definitely was not right, threw it away and found another recipe by another chief. If you make this one let me know how it turns out, maybe I just need some pointers

This Foccacia is easy to make. I have made it 3 times, and each time it turns out great! I use olive oil on top before the egg wash and sprinkle rosemary on top.
