    I did this with pecorino/romano and LOVED it- I used more cheese (probably almost a cup because I love cheese.

    This is a great and easy recipe! my picky husband loved it! I used whole wheat pasta and added chicken to make it a little healthier. Turned out wonderful.

    I couldn't believe something so easy tasted so good. Very versatile,too. Have tossed it with grilled chicken, shrimp, etc. My whole family loves it.

    This was good, fast and easy. I added some chunks of grilled chicken to it. I also used cream instead of the water. Got rave reviews!

    This is so easy and delicious. The cheese does make a difference so use as per recipe. Start to finish, this dish takes less than 20 minutes.

    This is excellent! Nice and creamy and cheesy. I did add my own little twist though. I used heavy cream instead of the water and I added extra cheese!

    Wow, I havent had fettuccine like this. Nice and cheesy (I did add extra cheese and not runny like some recipes. I did use heavy cream instead of the water and it turned out GREAT!
