Despite the other poster who said not to waste fresh lobster in the recipe, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We made one adjustment, and that was to tone down the amount of crushed and black pepper. It seemed like it would be too much.

    Loved it!

Bold flavors with seafood - very authentic to southern italian cooking. Another great recipe Mario!

Made it for friends. Meh. It was OK. Took home the leftovers, the next day it was fantastic! The pesto flavors really blended together wonderfully with at little stint in the fridge.

Do Not, I repeat do not put good lobster into this dish. The sauce completely overwhelms all other flavors. It is a bold sauce that could stand on its own without any seafood at all. If you like very strong flavors, try it....but use it sparingly.
