    I used the seltzer water as he recommended but the recipe doesn't specify how much to put in. So I put in six cups and it was horrible! I think I will add less carbonated water next time to see if I added too much.

    It was great, my guests loved it, but same time i used the same recipe and made with different fruits. Thank you Mr. Batali, you are my cooking Idol and i love your restaurant in Las Vegas, very nice, elegant and the best service, specially when they serve those cheese balls, very very delicious so i had to ask for more. Thank you

    Everyone really enjoyed this drink. May be too much strawberry for some people. Make sure you have a large holed strainer for this, to catch the strawberry chunks put still allow the juices to flow through.

    I didnt know what prosecco was so i made virgin style. It was good but it was missing something. It was clean and refreshing but no strawberry-ness taste. Maybe it needed more than 2 cups of strawberries or some sugar.

    Better luck next time.
