My only complaint is that the shrimp should not be added in the begining. Shrimp only takes less than ten minutes to cook otherwise it can get chewyyyy. and you want the rest of the items to simmer at least 30 minutes. So basically I suggest throw all the ingredients but the shrimp and marsala, let simmer for 30 min. and then add the marsala and shrimp the last ten minutues..
Not a bad dish at all

The flavor of this dish was wonderful, however the recipe had holes in it. It was impossible to fit 1 1/2 lbs of shrimp in my (very large saute pan in a single layer. In order to "heat through" none of the vegetables would have been cooked. I tossed everything together when I added the wine so the shrimp cooked evenly and the vegetables finished cooking. The dish was quite saucy in the end so I added a bit of arrowroot (mixed with more marsala to thicken it. But I have to say that the flavor was quite marvelous and I will definitely make this again with my modifications.
