    I made this last night, but had to skip the prosciutto step as my wife does not like prosciutto. It still was very good and quite easy to make.

    I used two chuck roasts, one atop another, because that's what was on sale that week when I decided to try this recipe. Everybody, even the kids, thought the meat tasted like steak - very tender and very tasty. This was very easy to prepare. I didn't think the cloves were necessary, though. Thank you, Malto!
