i brought this to easter dinner, and it was a big hit! i substituted a few tablespoons of butter and a little wine for the pancetta. only problem was that it stuck a little when i turned it out(i used a dark metal cake pan, so i suggest greasing and crumbing the pan really well.

It was very hard to make, expensive and it was awful. I made it for Easter and no one would eat it. Even me.

Guests liked it, but the asparagus seemed overcooked. Tasty, but not ohs and ahs from me.
