    We volunteered to make this dish to take to an open house buffet. When we journeyed to the fish monger in the morning to buy the mussels, we found he had forgotten to order some and he called the chef at a local restaurant who is renowned for his mussel dishes and he sold us what we needed. Good thing...because this dish was a hit at the party. Not only were the flavors wonderful, but the combination of the black mussel shells, the golden color of the saffron and the green parsley was a knockout. We recommend it!
