    didn't care much though the pine nut gremolata was delicious. i'll give it another shot.

    I had made this for a dinner party the other night and it came out great! I added veal stock (from Bristol Farmsinstead of the broth and also thru in some Marsala wine. I fixed it the day before so it had time to rest and for the flavors to develop. I didn't add the horseradish in the gremolata, however, the gremolata is a must! The toasted nuts really help make the sauce.
