This is one of my favorite peach recipes- so simple, yet elegant and has that WOW factor you want from dinner guests. I serve it in cute little glasses to highlight the beautiful colors of the peaches and balsamic. I don't use sugar (our washington peaches don't need it and I use AGED balsamic for that extra flavor that makes everyone say Mmmmmm at the first bite.

It's peach season in the Bay Area! I used local eucalyptus honey in place of the sugar and this dessert was perfect. Thrown together in 3 minutes and just delicious. Thanks Mario!
