This is the best tasting dough ever. The wine flavor is very subtle but is definitely there. It gives it that something extra that takes it a notch above even restaurant gourmet pizzas. I've already had to share this recipe. Very easy to put together with the help of my KitchenAid. Highly recommend!

This dough is flavorful and tastes like the pizza dough you would get at a restuarant. I actually left out the olive oil all together except what I used to coat the bowl, and it was delicious!!! The olive oil you add will change the crispiness.
More oil=crunchier dough. I like it soft in the middle and crispy on the outside, and that's exactly how it turned out. Wonderful I finally found the dough recipe worth keeping!!

Great recipe! We just love it. If you like garlic, the only thing we add is a little garlic salt to the dough so the pizza has a little more punch.

Pizza will never be delivered to my house again! Pizza is a food group in our house and after getting tired of the usual delivery or frozen options, I gave this recipe a try. Everyone in my family (4 children fell in love with this dough! Everyone gets to choose their own toppings and make their own pizza! This is wonderful pizza dough!
