Dear Review Readers,
This is the first review I have written on foodtv.com. I felt I had a duty to rate this recipe because the last person completely misled me and wasted my time by giving this recipe 5 stars. OK, this could be a decent recipe if you want to do something with cod. But you absolutely have to reduce the hot crushed red pepper. I had a sinking feeling when I saw it required 2 tbs. I think they meant 2 tsp. Don't get the wrong impression...I am not a spice wimp. But seriously only use that much hot red pepper if you want to make everyone in your house sick. Next, the sauce is fine, but it added an extra hour onto the prep. So, only do this if you have three hours on your hand. This took a long time, so if you are willing to invest the time, make sure to make the polenta nicer by adding cheese and herbs because just following the package is not going to do it. Sorry Mario, but I am a little disappointed:( I gave it two stars because it has potential.
