    there are almost no ingredients. Yes simlisity is best, but come on man!! not even salt in the water. Yeah salami contains much salt but I think my 9yr old niece could write a recipe like this one. mario pay more attention to what your recipes you write instead of trying to be a big time celebrity chef!!!

    This is exactly how we eat polenta in the hills of the Italian countryside! So tasty and ease. I do not, however, instant ploenta, but the corse ground polenta.
