    Most of Mario's recipes that I've tried are 4 or 5 star preparations. This chicken is devilishly hot and spicy, but I'm not sure if I'll make it again. I like spicy foods, but I guess I'm used to the heat and flavor of chili peppers, tobasco, and the like. This dish derives its heat from the abundance of black pepper used and I'm not sure that I like the taste of that kind of heat enough to make this dish again. My partner really liked this though.

    I prepared this for a dinner party and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe to the letter and it was outstanding.
