Mario has a few similar versions of this recipe and all are quite wonderful. This uses on veal and pork with no beef, but is still and excellent combination of meats and vegetables simmered in milk and wine that give a silky texture. Not super fast or easy to make, but worth the extra effort for a nice dinner.
