I always wanted to make homemade pasta. Although it takes alot of time... 2 hrs, i completed this recipe yesterday before super bowl. I made sure that when i cooked these little guys that they would end up like pasta potsickers too and they were delisions. The cheese, chesnuts and radicchio are a perfect combo and a super bowl hit.
