This was one of the best risotto recipes I have ever made. Well worth the effort. I would just purchase the Florida lobster tail instead of Maine lobsters - which makes it much cheaper and would taste just as yummy. I'll definitely be making this again!

If you have had the pasta with lobster, the grilled lobster and the boiled lobster then this is a unique taste that was a hit at the dinner party. Give it a try if you love lobster but are tired of cooking it the same old way.
