I made this recipe for my family and they could not stop talking about it. The Sole is simple and delicious and the Chard salad is too die for. The flavors of the prosciutto, onion, and orange mingle with the slightly bitter stalks magnificently. I used Rainbow Chard which gave the plate a lovely color. Since I wasn't using the leaves for anything, I plated the fish with some of the salad on one of the broad leaves. This is a wonderful dish, and one I will definitely use again.
