    This is an impressive, light starter with complex and scrumptious flavors. Really easy to assemble and unlike the diners mentioned in one of the other reviews, our guests DID lick their plates! Yum! LOVE Mario Batali!

    I've lost track of how many times we've made this for ourselves and friends. It's always a hit. It's quick, easy, and the flavors are light and fresh with a little zip. Yum!

    We had a little limoncello to use up and thought we'd try this. It was a wonderful dish; so simple to prepare and the flavors were perfect together. (Like many of Mario recipes. Our guests nearly licked their plates.
