The dish was very good. Also try adding basil with the oregano. Adding sun-dried tomatoes to this dish creates a extra flavorful touch.

Instead of using a large bundt pan, I used smaller cupcake size. I also sauteed vegetables and spooned them over the top. Easy and a great presentation. Very good eating, too.
