    This dish is very simple and quick to make. I was surprised at the amount of flavor the sauce had. Next time I think I'll add some peppers and more onions to the sauce to give it more "oomph". While the flavor of the wine sauce is great, it seemed like I was just eating noodles so next time, I might add some veggies for substance.
