This cannelloni dish was excellent.....I did, however, make one slight change and added a bechamel sauce on top (as well as the parm and butter as stated in the recipe. My boyfriend and I throughly enjoyed this weekend treat! Thanks Mario!

Made this last night. Had some trouble getting the pasta right, but it was worth it.

This recipe is very easy ant the payoff is huge.Tremendous flavor and a real hit at my house. NOT your ordinary mannicotti or cannelloni. The nutmeg really sets this dish to a level beyond expection. Mario can really cook.

This recipe seems, at first, to be alot of work for a busy person when looking at the cooking time, but really wasn't. Most of the time involved is just letting the sauce cook. And, oh, what a sauce it is! Beautiful flavor and richness since the sauce is prepared the day before, letting all of the flavors blend together. I also appreciated the simple pasta recipe. The dough was fun to make right on the countertop like that. One less dish to wash, know what I mean? Anyhow, thanks Mario, and send more like it this way... :
