    This dish had some potential, but overall it was dry. I used portobello mushrooms and followed the recipe, including adding some pasta water at the end. I will add some extra evoo with the leftovers. I also feel more details were needed for cutting the prosciutto. This was not clear and the picture's details were not helpful either.

    I love pasta so I thought I would try this recipe out. This dish does not have any sauce so the flavor was weak and the dish overall was dry...adding the pasta water did not make it any better.
