    Impressive presentation and a not-too-sweet flavor. Loved it and so did everyone else. The only thing I wish I could have done better was make a more light and fluffy filling. This filling was very rich and thick and pudding-like rather than mousse-like. It could be the recipe or it could be my technique, I don't know. Either way, thanks Mario!

    I thought this was easy to make and it had a really good presentation. My friends and I thought it was one of the best desserts I had ever eaten.
